Acquisition & Influence

The audience numbers climb, the phone does not ring. The question is not how many people saw it — it is how many had a reason to call you.

Reach is worth nothing on its own: what counts is the share of it that picks up the phone.

Useful attention

The advert from the product sheet — three times, three worlds

Here is what “an advert from a product sheet” means when the sheet does not exist yet: we invent the product, its name, its packaging, its label copy and its identity, then we film it and give it a voice. Three products, three worlds, one house — and none of it was subcontracted.

These three products do not exist. The name, the packaging, the label copy, the identity, the film and the voice were all designed and made here, end to end.

Five flavours, vegan, sugar-free, twelve vitamins: the entire product sheet was written here. And it is the only one of the three that is acted — a couple discovers the product and talks about it.

THE STUDIO CATALOGUE

Fifteen services, four clienteles.

THE THREE FORMATS THAT WORK

One advert, three ways to tell it.

01

The cinematic before / after

The work filmed step by step, music, on-screen text.

02

The problem, to camera

Someone shows a defect at home and explains what it hides.

03

The quantified testimonial

A client tells what it almost cost them. A real case, a figure, a lesson — the format that, on our own publications in 2026, earns four to eight times the engagement of posturing posts.

HOW IT WORKS

Your part, ours.

YOUR PART
  • Your product link, or your photos
  • Five details: name, town, target, visual preferences, delivery address
  • Written consent for any real face
  • One approval per version
OURS — EVERYTHING ELSE
  • The script, written like a shopping list: characters, locations, props
  • Characters, sets and products — validated in motion, never on a still
  • Producing the shots, the selection, the edit
  • Quality control before delivery: name, town, services, and the absence of any risky promise
  • Derived formats, cut from the master
  • Delivery, dated
THE WORKSHOP

What works behind every film.

Six posts, held by a crew whose only trade this is, with top-tier imaging technologies and the equipment that goes with them. A protocol decides everything beforehand — breakdown, casting, previsualisation — and checks everything afterwards, frame by frame. A film is counted in days of production.

Directed synthetic imagery

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

Four guardrails, written before the first quote.

  1. No audience promise: no views, no virality, no ranking. We promise a delivery, a quality and a deadline.
  2. No real client name or logo on screen without written consent; no real face without consent.
  3. Our demonstrations are presented as demonstrations — never as references.
  4. No hijacked protected work: no film, brand or character that is not ours.

The workshop where the campaign is rolled out

A campaign is not an image: it is a series that must hold for weeks, across several formats and several languages, without coming apart. Here is where that holding is prepared — and where the hypothesis is written before, not after.

What we measure on our own accounts, without the names

Three formats published and measured on our own channels before recommending anything to a shop, a restaurant or a hotel: what we did, what it produced, and what was hard. No promise of reach.

TRACK RECORD · REAL ASSIGNMENTS, NAMES WITHHELD

  1. 01

Our own house, on its own publications — before recommending anything to a shop, a restaurant or a hotel.

    When · Publications from 2026.

    What we did

We produced three formats in parallel on our own accounts rather than picking one on opinion: the step-by-step filmed before/after, the problem shown to camera, and the quantified testimonial — a real case, a figure, a lesson. Then we counted.

    What it produced

The quantified testimonial carried four to eight times the engagement of posturing posts, on our accounts and over that period. The reading settles a production order; it promises no audience: we promise no views, no virality, no ranking — a delivery, a quality, a deadline.

    What was hard

Measure on yourself before advising. A format is proven, not decreed — and a reading taken on our accounts does not transfer as-is to a client's: it says in what order to try, not what will happen.

No client name is published, with or without their consent. We publish no win rate: it is not measured, and an unmeasured figure is not a reference.

What we do

  • Technical and editorial SEO, built on real search intent.
  • Paid campaigns framed by an owned budget and a target cost.
  • Social media and community management, with a line held over time.
  • Email and relationship sequences — never purchased lists.
  • Press relations, speaking opportunities, and measurement of what truly produces a contact.
  • Looking for the budget that already exists — radio, billboards, directories, trade shows — before inventing a need. A company already paying badly is easier to serve well than one that must first be convinced to pay.
  • Declared signals rather than guessed ones: a headcount declared to the authorities is a fact; a hire inferred from a job advert may never happen.
  • Delivery defined before method: the format, the day, the channel. Twenty good contacts, qualified and annotated, in your tool on Monday morning beat a vast database nobody queries.

The method

01

Measure

Before buying reach, know what the reach you already have is worth — and how many messages your target receives every week.

02

Target

Few channels, run seriously, rather than all of them half-heartedly. Ten or fifteen chosen messages, with the name and the town in the subject line, rather than a mass mailing.

03

Publish

Regular output, framed tests, a bounded budget.

04

Cut

We stop whatever only produces volume — including the flattering parts. A channel is judged by the number of conversations it opens, never by the number of people it reached.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE IN HAND · The Useful Attention Register

Choose a channel: attention connects to a qualified response, conversation, decision or explicit N.F.

What deserves attention, ranked.

We do not confuse exposure, interest and commercial movement. The register follows the chain from intended audience to the agreed next action, retaining message, channel, authorised cost and response quality.

The executive sees what creates a useful conversation, what produces volume without progress and what should stop. An audience without CRM reconciliation or a qualification definition remains an observation, not an outcome.

Open the attention journey

Audience → message → exposure → response → conversation → action

Objective and estimand — population, intervention, comparator, outcome, window, unit of analysis, target effect and identification assumptions: what every later measurement must report against a reference fixed before the campaign.

Eligible audience — declared segment, inclusion and exclusion criteria, authorised channel, purpose, legal basis, right to object and data freshness, separating people who are genuinely reachable from available volume.

PESO architecture — for every Paid, Earned, Shared or Owned channel: role, asset, audience, message, cost, owner, dependency, output metric and outcome metric.

Contractual funnel — measurable exposure, engaged session, high-intent action, accepted lead, created opportunity, qualified opportunity, win or business outcome, each stage carrying its own entry and exclusion rules.

Measurement plan — event taxonomy, campaign parameter, window, denominator, source, timestamp, quality rule, decision threshold and owner, fixed before launch.

Campaign CRM — account, contact, campaign member, lead, opportunity, stage, amount, declared source, activity, contactability status and exclusion reason.

Consent and objection register — purpose, channel, legal basis, wording shown, clear affirmative action where required, timestamp, origin, withdrawal, objection, retention period and evidence of choice.

Attribution — model, lookback window, included channels, direct-traffic rule, included conversions, model change and credit by touchpoint: a credit distributed by convention, never a demonstrated causal effect.

Incrementality — random assignment or quasi-experiment, treatment group, control group, contamination, power, absolute effect, relative effect, uncertainty interval and validity conditions.

Earned influence — source, editorial reach, message pull-through, evidence quoted, coded tone, link, observed action, `outputs`, `outtakes`, `outcomes` and impact, never reduced to a mention count alone.

Pacing and decision — spend, reach, frequency, marginal cost, cap, creative drift, lead quality, review cadence and the maintain / reallocate / stop decision.

Sources drawn on
CNIL

The register connects exposure, response and action according to displayed definitions, denominator and coverage; it replaces neither the legal validation of legal basis and consent, nor the commercial authority to commit. An attribution credit remains a descriptive convention: only an incrementality study run under declared validity conditions may claim a causal effect.

THE QUESTIONS THAT SET THE PRICE

What we will ask you before we start.

Four questions we ask on every file in this domain. Each comes from an incident someone paid for — us, or a client before us.

Are we replacing an existing budget, or creating a need?

Companies that already pay — radio, billboards, directories — and whose content is weak are the ones we serve best. We look for that existing budget before inventing a demand.

If nobody asks it — Six months convincing someone they need a video.

How many messages does your target receive each week?

A tradesperson receives some twenty sales pitches a week. We write ten or fifteen, chosen, with the name and the town in the subject line — never a mass mailing.

If nobody asks it — A two percent response rate that gets called a "campaign".

Does the signal come from an advert or from a declaration?

A hire inferred from a job advert may never happen; a headcount declared to the authorities is a fact. When the market publishes them, we prefer declared signals — a registered trademark, an expiring contract, a change of director — to guessed ones.

If nobody asks it — A prospect list built on intentions nobody has verified.

What gets delivered on Monday morning?

Twenty good contacts in your tool, qualified and annotated, are worth more than a huge database nobody queries. We define the delivery — the format, the day, the channel — before the method.

If nobody asks it — A brilliant audience report and a salesperson who still has no list.

CAPABILITY SCENARIO — NOT A CLIENT REFERENCE

When we get the call

A company invests every month across several channels without knowing which one brings its clients. We connect honest measurement, stop what only produces volume and concentrate the budget on the channels that hold. The same budget stops funding noise.
