IN ONE SENTENCE
Altimetria's Development & Technology practice builds data systems and digital products: databases, platforms, business applications, automations, security. We build for others what we built for ourselves — a platform operated in production every night, checked by its own guardrails, where every figure on screen knows where it came from. Not a demonstration.
Four domains, four deliverables
| Domain | What we instruct | What comes out |
|---|---|---|
| Development & Product Design | Websites, web and mobile applications, e-commerce, business software. UI/UX lives with the code: what is drawn is what ships to production. | Operable product |
| Data & Artificial Intelligence | Data engineering, AI integration, automation, dashboards. Every figure on screen knows where it came from, and says so when asked. | Decision instrument |
| Information Systems & Cloud | IT architecture, cloud, DevOps, migrations, ERP and CRM: a patchwork of tools replaced by a system an in-house team can run alone. | Operable system |
| Cybersecurity & Audit | Technical audits, penetration testing, data protection, compliance. Least privilege, audit trail, a recovery plan actually tested — and real exposure measured before proposing a single piece of work. | Contained exposure |

This is the division that designed MERIDIAN. It does not sell a website: it sells the engine that answers — and what it refuses to say when it does not know.
DEV & TECH · WHAT WE HAVE BUILT
Development and product design: an interface is judged on an ordinary machine, not the one that built it. Our screens stop when reduced motion is requested, work from the keyboard, and state that they are loading rather than sitting blank.
Data and artificial intelligence: directories list. Here sources cross — a contract joins its buyer, who joins their history, which joins companies and their situations. Insight comes from crossing, never from the list. And an empty field reads “N.F”: zero would be an assertion, and a false one.
Information systems and cloud: we can run a database holding billions of rows on a desktop machine, and the same one online when it has to be shared. What decides is who needs access — not the fashion of the moment.
Cybersecurity and audit: our databases contain people's names, because public data does. None reaches the public site, no public export carries any, and a page that let a whole file be downloaded would be a defect — not a feature.
This site is our first client. It was brought up to date one layer at a time, the security audit re-run at every step, with no forced upgrades: the most direct proof of seriousness is the one you are looking at. The same workshop serves our films, our sites and our applications.
The four disciplines, and what you will find there
Each discipline has its page, and each page carries its material: models that run, screens already drawn, architectures, methods. Here is, for each, a glimpse of what awaits you.

Development & Product Design
An interface is judged in use: what counts is what is still usable six months in.

Data & Artificial Intelligence
Every figure on screen must be explainable — the one rule we never negotiate.

Information Systems & Cloud
An information system is judged by what it lets you add tomorrow without reopening everything.
DEV & TECHNOLOGY · RUN
Make the incident visible before it becomes a crisis.
Cybersecurity & Audit
Security is not promised: it is tested, measured and fixed.
The brand workshop: compose the interface, it redraws itself
Eight ready mechanisms, seven controls, one interface that answers on click. It is the move we offer every brand: start from a mechanism, change what does not look like it, and receive a system — not a mock-up.
Eight design mechanisms, adjustable on screen: palette, typography, density, corners, motion.

A platform comes to life
Replacing a patchwork of tools with a system.
A wholesale and distribution business accumulates disconnected tools: sales management on one side, stock on the other, three spreadsheets in between. Data contradicts itself, teams re-enter it, and the dashboard has been lying for six months without anyone noticing. Dev & Technologie audits, draws the target architecture, then builds in batches: a data contract per flow — who owns it, which schema, what freshness is expected —, end-to-end lineage, automation, dashboards. Then hands over the keys, with the exit plan written on day one. The rule never changes: every figure shown must be explainable.
